Conor McGregorâs long-awaited return to the Octagon ended in devastating fashion tonight when his knee buckled during the opening moments of his UFC 329 rematch against Max Holloway. McGregor attempted a jumping roundhouse kick, came down awkwardly on the supporting leg and immediately appeared to lose stability in the knee. He tried to continue, but the leg could no longer support him and the fight was stopped just 69 seconds into the first round. UFC President Dana White said following the fight that the initial belief is that McGregor suffered a torn ACL. Until MRI results are released, how
